Meet Anna Garcia-Durr, CFCM

Anna Garcia-Durr is the Founder and Managing Principal of AcquisitionIQ and a retired U.S. Army officer with 30+ years of combined military and federal civilian experience in logistics, contract management, and acquisition leadership. She has led contracting operations worldwide, overseeing multi-billion-dollar portfolios across the Departments of Defense, State, Homeland Security, and Justice, delivering everything from routine mission requirements to highly sensitive, classified procurements.

A seasoned instructor and mentor, Anna brings operational insight from combat zones, disaster response missions, and austere environments directly into the training environment. She has trained hundreds of Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs), and program teams to strengthen compliance, sharpen performance, and achieve organizational success.

At AIQ, Anna leverages her deep experience and mission-driven mindset to equip government and industry with the clarity, strategy, and confidence to master every stage of the acquisition lifecycle.
